This page explains how Supplied integrates with BookingExperts and how to install, configure, and use the connection. It is intended for platform operators, compliance teams, and technical administrators.
1. Purpose of the integration
The BookingExperts integration allows Supplied to pull all relevant platform, supplier, and transaction data directly from BookingExperts into Supplied's compliance infrastructure.
This enables you to:
- Eliminate manual exports and spreadsheets
- Maintain a single, continuously updated Golden Record for each seller
- Generate compliant regulatory reports across multiple jurisdictions
- Reuse collected data across onboarding, verification, and reporting workflows
In short: BookingExperts remains your operational system, while Supplied becomes your compliance and regulatory execution layer.
2. What data is pulled from BookingExperts
Depending on your configuration and permissions, Supplied can retrieve:
- Supplier and accommodation partner details
- Customer and seller identifiers
- Booking and reservation data
- Payout and financial data
- Location and jurisdictional attributes
- Historical and ongoing transactional activity
All data is normalized, validated, and enriched inside Supplied before being used for reporting or compliance workflows.
Data is synced securely and only used for the purposes defined in your agreement with Supplied.

4. Installation and setup
Step 1 — Go to the BookingExperts Marketplace
Log in to your BookingExperts account and navigate to the Marketplace (App Store) from the dashboard.
Step 2 — Find Supplied in the App Store
Search or browse the All apps list and select Supplied AI.
Step 3 — Install the app
Click Install and confirm when prompted. The status will change to Installed (Geïnstalleerd).
Step 4 — Configure and activate
Once installed, Supplied will:
- Securely connect using the granted permissions
- Validate data scopes
- Enable reporting, onboarding, and compliance features
