What Supplied does

Supplied is the compliance infrastructure for digital platforms. We collect, enrich, and reuse data across onboarding, verification, and reporting — so your team can focus on growth instead of regulations.

We deliver this through three connected pillars:

🧾 Onboarding & Data Collection. Collect and verify regulated data from every seller, host, driver, or merchant on your platform. KYC, KYB, UBO, AML, Tax ID — via UI, batch upload, or API. Real-time identity and business checks. Global document analysis. Automated watchlists. The data comes in clean, gets verified once, and stays usable everywhere.

🔌 Data Orchestration. Your compliance data already exists, it's just stuck in 700+ different systems. Supplied connects to Stripe, Wise, Xero, Sage, Exact, HubSpot, your ERP, your bank, and your booking software. We pull it together, deduplicate, enrich, and make it ready for whatever obligation comes next. Data flows once, stays clean, gets reused.

📤 Reporting. Build, validate, and submit regulation-ready reports, mapped directly to official regulator specifications. DAC7 in the EU. DPR in Germany and the UK. 1099-K in the US. DAC8/CARF for crypto. CSRD, VAT, DSA, and more on the way. No more Excel gymnastics, no more last-minute scrambles before a filing deadline.

The point isn't any one of these capabilities on its own. The point is that they're joined up. The data you collect during onboarding is the same data that flows through your integrations and lands in your reports — verified once, reusable forever, audit-ready by default.

Where we're going

The product is built - but the bigger story is what comes next. We're building the Compliance & Operations Agent for Digital Platforms: an LLM layer that reads regulations, maps the required data, and orchestrates submissions for you.

We're rolling it out in two phases:

Phase 1: AI-Assisted Workflow (scoped now). The agent reads new regulations as they're published, maps the required data fields, helps orchestrate data collection across your sources, flags reporting errors before submission, and drafts reports for human review. You stay in control; the agent does the heavy lifting.

Phase 2 : Fully Autonomous Compliance (roadmap). End-to-end submission without a human in the loop. Self-discovery of new regulations and jurisdictions. Cross-regulation data reuse and enrichment. Compliance that simply happens.

This isn't a pivot. It's the natural extension of three pillars that already work. Every customer we onboard today feeds the data and patterns that train tomorrow's agentic layer. And critically — your account, your workflows, your integrations all keep working exactly as they do today, and get progressively smarter underneath you.

Who builds Supplied

Supplied was founded in 2024 by Johann Rozario (CEO) and Vladimir Ivanov (CTO), who together bring extensive experience in customer onboarding at international platforms including Booking.com and Bolt. The team is built by people who've shipped compliance at scale before. Alumni from Booking.com, PayPal, Bolt, and SIXT, operating from headquarters in Amsterdam and offices across Europe.

We work with three types of customers:

• Digital Platforms: marketplaces, travel, fintech, gig & creator platforms, crypto. The core of what we do.
• Accounting Firms & Consultants (Indirect) — Big Four and mid-market advisors who use Supplied to deliver compliance as a repeatable, scalable service to their clients.
• Software Providers (Indirect) — ERPs, booking software, PSPs, accounting platforms (the SAPs, Xeros, Stripes, and Vismas of the world) who embed Supplied so their customers get compliance built in.

We're recognised by regulators where it counts — invited to the Dutch Tax Authority's advisory commission for DAC8 alongside the Big Four and major banks.
