Self-serve, managed or a mix?
Both — and you can switch any year. Some clients tag year one with our managed service, then take year two and three into the self-serve editor because the mapping is already done. The mapping stays yours regardless.
Do you support filings outside the Netherlands?
Yes. Today: Dutch KVK (NL-GAAP and IFRS), HMRC iXBRL company accounts in the UK, and ESEF for EU-listed entities. Other jurisdictions are added as demand justifies.
Why is iXBRL mandatory now?
From financial year 2025 onwards, Dutch legal entities must file electronically with the Chamber of Commerce. iXBRL is the recommended format because it preserves the original layout while embedding machine-readable tags.
What does the price include?
Intake, conversion to iXBRL, full taxonomy tagging at the level required for the financial year, validation against the SBR Business Register rules, a viewer for your auditor, all revisions during the audit, and direct filing with KVK plus the filing receipt.
Will my auditor be comfortable with this?
Yes. We deliver a viewer that lets the audit team click a number and see the tag concept, period, unit and dimensions. We also answer their technical questions directly — at no extra cost.
What if the report changes after we send it?
Revisions during the audit are included. Re-tagging, re-validating and re-issuing the package happens at no extra charge.
